We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and supporting administrative functions to facilitate smooth operations within our organization. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and a professional demeanor to effectively address customer needs and contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily goals for accurately entering files into database
- Reviewing previously entered data
- Providing office support and other clerical tasks
- Assisting the Office Manager as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative work preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
- Superior communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accountability & professionalism
- Excellent Attendance Record
$$$$ Earn up to $16.50 per hour!
