Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a manager to join our winning team who is a self-starter and who possesses leadership and organizational skills, integrity, and the vision and passion necessary to take our restaurant to extraordinary levels.
Our managers are responsible for all front of house operations, including providing the best guest experience possible while setting the standard for all employees, ensuring outstanding food and beverage quality, creating a warm and welcoming environment, driving sales and profit in tandem with reaching financial goals and monitoring staff and holding them accountable for their performance.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Motivate employees to provide an exceptional guest experience with a positive attitude
- Delegate staff duties and provide support where needed
- Engage with guests and address and resolve any issues
- Enforce and maintain quality, service, health, and safety standards
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of food and drink menus and preparations
- Monitor daily operations including cleanliness, organization, and staffing schedules
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, mentor, coach, counsel and discipline employees
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Requirements:

- Strong computer skills including, Excel, Word and Restaurant POS Systems
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
Hours Per Week: 45-55 based on the needs of the restaurant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
