Manage and moderate the surrogate community page, including responding to inquiries and fostering engagement.

Participate in surrogate-related conversations across social media platforms and online communities on behalf of Family Inceptions.

Educate prospective gestational surrogates about the surrogacy process, eligibility requirements, expectations, and compensation using lived experience and approved program materials.

Conduct one-on-one outreach conversations with women exploring surrogacy, using a consultative and relationship-based approach.

Guide qualified candidates toward completing the surrogate application, and follow up with warm leads and referrals to support application completion.

Document all outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes in designated Company systems.

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure alignment on messaging, candidate handoffs, and program updates.

Participate in occasional local or regional events as mutually agreed upon.

Completed at least one gestational surrogacy journey (required).

Prior experience in recruiting, enrollment, intake, sales, community management, or relationship-based outreach (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable educating others and having candid, respectful conversations about surrogacy.

Proficient with digital platforms and internal systems; able to learn new tools as part of daily work.

Ability to work independently, manage outreach activities, and meet agreed-upon deliverables.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation includes a fixed monthly retainer plus a per-placement commission for each surrogate successfully matched through the Advocate’s recruiting efforts. Full compensation details are provided during the contracting process.
Payment is issued on the company’s biweekly payroll schedule. Commission is paid based on surrogate milestones. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and benefits. Full compensation details are outlined in the independent contractor agreement.
