As our Weekend Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients and their furry friends have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately communicating our pet resort amenities and policies to customers.
- Assisting customers in creating their accounts and maintaining clear, grammatically correct communication.
- Answering phones respectfully and cheerfully, providing helpful and courteous support.
- Checking pets into the resort, ensuring all details like diet, medications, and belongings are recorded properly.
- Checking pets out of the resort, verifying invoices for accuracy.
- Collecting and recording vaccination records from owners or veterinarians.
- Performing weekly inventory checks of all office equipment.
- Delivering and retrieving pets into and out of kennels for arrivals and departures when needed.
- Collaborating with kennel staff to create pet report cards.
- Keeping the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pet-related or service-oriented environment.

- Physical Requirements: Comfortable handling pets of various sizes and temperaments when needed.
