Job Summary
We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or experienced ABA Therapists to join our team. You’ll work under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior plans and help children build essential life skills in home, school, or clinic settings.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
- Implement behavior plans as directed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate data and complete session notes
- Assist in preparing instructional materials
- Collaborate with team members and attend staff meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and BACB ethical guidelines
- Complete authorized therapy hours and other assigned duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred
- RBT certification required or willingness to obtain within 90 days (training provided)
- Available to work full-day schedule (8:30AM -4:00PM) or shifts between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM as needed
- Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior analytic strategies
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear criminal background
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
- Moderate noise level in work environment
License/Certification
- RBT Certification (Required) or willingness to take exam within 90 days of employment

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
