MOMS United ABA LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a client's home or community setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions.
- Complete detailed session notes within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
- Attend required supervision sessions, team meetings, and trainings.
- Follow all company policies and BACB RBT Ethics Code requirements.
- Maintain reliable transportation
Required
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the Houston area.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Schedule
- Afternoon and evening availability
- Weekend opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling based on client availability
