Field Team Leader (“Dude” / “Dudette”)
Location: Palm Coast & surrounding FL service zones
About The To‑Do Dudes
Since May 14, 2020, we’ve completed 7,000+ projects for 3,000+ customers—earning 650+ five‑star Google reviews. We connect local students with homeowners to tackle chores no one wants to do (hauling, yard work, cleaning, odd jobs) while building leadership and job skills in a fun, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Check in for jobs each morning
- Arrive 5–10 min early
- Moving, Yard Work, Odd jobs, Cleaning, and Events
- Snap “before & after” photos; close each job by asking “What else can we help with?”
- Greet customers professionally; collect digital signatures and process invoicing in our app.
- Wear your TDD uniform, gloves, and leave a business card.
Expectations
- Reliable transportation (car).
- Age 18+ and able to pass a background check.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work and lifting.
- Punctuality, strong communication, and a customer‑first attitude.
- Comfort using smartphones and apps.
- A growth mindset—open to feedback, quick to learn, and a team player.
- Preferred: A local student at a high school or university (not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
