Training Pay: $15 per hour (first 6 days) then→ $18–$25/hr performance-based
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No nights | No weekends
Location: Eustis/Lake County, FL Area

Responsibilities
- Perform residential house cleaning, deep cleaning, and routine maintenance cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail surfaces
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every home
- Represent Bright Side Services with professionalism and positivity
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and insurance
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Physically able to stand, kneel, twist, bend, and lift
- Live within 1 hour of Eustis/Lake County, FL Area
- Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for helping others
