Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, basic plant mainteniance, and organizing materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Help with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks promptly and accurately
Experience
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of construction or outdoor work is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and prioritize safety at all times

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
