Bluecrest Lawn and Landscape is looking for a motivated, experienced salesperson to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with homeowners, following up with leads, performing on-site estimates, and closing landscaping projects.
Compensation
- Base pay + commission
- Commission percentage based on experience and will be discussed during the interview
- Expected earning potential: $60,000–$70,000+ per year
- Strong performers have the opportunity to earn more

Responsibilities
- Meet with potential customers and perform on-site estimates
- Sell landscaping and outdoor improvement projects
- Follow up consistently with leads and open estimates
- Build relationships with customers
- Generate additional leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Communicate effectively with the office and production teams
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred
- Landscaping, construction, home improvement, irrigation, pavers, turf, or similar industry experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Must be willing to both work company-provided leads and generate some of your own opportunities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license
