Experienced Server / Barista - Kennett Square, PA
Join the team at Talula's Table, Kennett Square's award-winning gourmet market, café, bakery, and chef's table. We're looking for an outgoing hospitality professional who loves great food, specialty coffee, and creating memorable guest experiences.
This is a unique position that blends coffee bar, café, gourmet retail, and dinner service. No two shifts are exactly alike, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and genuinely loves taking care of people.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous serving and/or barista experience in a busy restaurant or coffee bar
- Delivers warm, genuine hospitality and enjoys connecting with guests
- Stays calm, positive, and organized during busy services
- Is self-motivated and able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Has strong communication skills and works well as part of a team
- Handles cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Has a passion for exceptional food, coffee, cheese, and hospitality
Requirements:
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
- Reliable transportation.
- We are seeking year-round team members who are committed to growing with us.
- This position is best suited for candidates who live in or near Kennett Square and the surrounding communities. Talula's Table is located in Kennett Square, PA. This is not a Philadelphia-based position.
