We are hiring an experienced Mother-Baby/Postpartum RN for a 13-week travel assignment in San Francisco, CA. This opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong postpartum and couplet-care experience.

- Shift: Mid – 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
- Experience: 2+ years required
- Travel Experience: Required
- Patient Ratio: 1:4 couplets
- Charting: Epic
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- Call: No
- Float: May float to L&D as a Baby Nurse
- BLS & NRP: Required
Required Experience
- Mother-Baby / Postpartum / Couplet Care
- Vaginal and C-section postpartum care
- Newborn assessment and care
- Breastfeeding support and education
- Postpartum hemorrhage
- Pregnancy-induced hypertension
- Magnesium sulfate therapy
- Pitocin administration
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Newborn hypoglycemia and thermoregulation
- Phototherapy
- Discharge and newborn-care education
Additional Skills
- Blood and blood product administration
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- Foley catheter insertion
- Fundus, lochia and perineal assessment
- Cesarean incision care
- Multiple birth care
- Car seat and cord-care education
- Metabolic screening
- Pain management and post-epidural care

Pay: $57.34 - $64.75 per hour

- Do you have 2+ years of recent Mother-Baby/Postpartum RN experience?
Do you have couplet-care experience with a 1:4 ratio?
Do you have experience caring for both postpartum mothers and newborns?
Are you experienced with C-sections, vaginal deliveries, PPH, and PIH?
Do you have experience with Magnesium Sulfate and Pitocin?
Are you comfortable caring for newborns, including hypoglycemia, phototherapy, and newborn assessments?
Do you have BLS and NRP certifications?
Do you have Epic experience?
Are you comfortable floating to L&D as a Baby Nurse?
Are you available for the 3 PM–11:30 PM shift, every other weekend, starting 09/21/2026?
Do you have previous travel RN experience?
What is your weekly pay expectation?
