Highland Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced Zone / Multi-Site Administrator to lead multiple residential care facilities across our network.

What You'll Do
Lead daily operations across multiple residential care facilities
Ensure compliance with Title 22 and Community Care Licensing regulations
Support and develop facility leadership teams
Oversee budgets, quality initiatives, and resident care
Drive operational excellence and positive resident outcomes
ARF or RCFE Administrator Certification
Management or residential care administration experience
Knowledge of Title 22 and Community Care Licensing requirements
Valid California Driver's License
