First District Association is a dairy cooperative that manufactures wholesome dairy products from high quality milk supplied from our family farms located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We need talented people like you to join our union team in our Milk/Whey department to cover all positions, pasteurizers, membrane equipment, and whey treatment equipment.
This position will learn a variety of different job functions to relieve operators for vacations and/or other miscellaneous absences. This position also has the responsibility to maintain inventory of clamps, gaskets, brushes, pails, and supplies in the lunchrooms, restrooms and control rooms of the various plants.
Ideal candidates will have prior machine operation experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to learn a variety of tasks quickly.
