Our Property Management Office is looking to fill an opening for the position of a Part Time Leasing Agent. We manage over 600 rental properties in the Tri-Cities.
As a Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our office and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters & owners. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has experience working with the public and can offer competent service to our renters.
The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. With 1 Hour for lunch, Totaling 34 hours a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet clients as they walk in
· Serve as the first POC for inquiries via phone call, email and in-person
· Provide information regarding properties, leasing terms and community amenities
· Assist residents with maintenance requests, concerns and general questions
· Processing rental applications insuring all info is correct
· Update management software and databases with current information
· Collect Rental payments
· Manage front desk operations
· Home Inspections
Qualifications
Must have one or more of the following:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable daily transportation
- Minimum 1 Year Costumer Service Experience
