Full Job Description

Contract CNA position available for 13 weeks in or near Miles City, MT. Earn up to $1,300 per week and receive competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and skilled CNA care to residents in a long‑term care setting, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, following facility protocols and care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions, care provided, and any changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to coordinate resident care and respond to emergent needs.

Adhere to all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent recognized certification
BLS certification
CNA license for Montana
Strong LTC certification
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
Experience working with swing bed units
Prior LTC experience
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Physical stamina and ability to work day/night shifts
Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes
