Available Schedules
Day Shift
- Thursday–Saturday
- Approximately 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM/12:00 PM
- 6–8 hour shifts
Night Shift
- Wednesday–Friday
- Approximately 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM/12:00 AM
- 6–8 hour shifts
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different as you travel to beautiful new communities throughout the Greater Raleigh area sometime on a team and others independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean model homes and newly completed homes to premium presentation standards
- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning, including dust removal, window cleaning, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Complete light maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, and servicing fixtures using ladders
- Operate equipment including pressure washers and carpet cleaning machines (training provided if needed)
- Load, transport, and safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 75 lbs.)
- Travel between job sites using a company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with teammates, construction managers, and builder sales representatives
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Raleigh area, including Durham, Franklinton, Lillington, and surrounding communities
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically active work throughout the shift
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
Preferred Experience
- Residential, model home, or post-construction cleaning
- Pressure washing or carpet cleaning experience a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working in luxury homes or client-facing environments

Work Environment
This is a mobile position that requires traveling between multiple job sites throughout the Greater Raleigh area. You'll spend most of your day working independently or on a team while representing Ultimate Impression with professionalism and pride.
