Job Overview
Busy Retail and Wholesale Ice Cream Chain seeking supervisors in training to learn the business from the ground up and be able to grow to help oversee location operations, help customers, train new staff, and complete vendor ordering.
We are growing at a rapid pace, but our operations are much different than a normal restaurant/bakery setting. Therefore the best scenario it to have someone come in and learn as a trainee, so on their way up to a supervisor they can understand and be able to do every job, in order to better understand and manage said team members in the near future.
The right candidate has some previous experience in leadership in any capacity, some experience in food, but really attitude and willingness are MOST important. Looking for the right people, not the right skills.
Position starts where it does, but rapidly progresses. We need a team player willing to pitch in wherever needed and keep the business rolling, same mentality as ownerships hands on approach.
Great for a young adult, physical activity can be strenuous in season, needs the ability to be able to lift heavy objects and move task to task.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
