Our client, who is constantly learning and pushing the limits of current technology, is looking for a Program Lead to develop the prognostic and health management systems for a critical DOD program.
Required education/experience:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant science discipline with 5+ of experience leading the development of Prognostics and Health Management Systems OR equivalent formal training and experience
- Experience OEM deliverables and supplier related management systems to develop, test, and evaluate health management systems
- Has evaluated fault detection, fault isolation, and conducted testability analysis during the development of a PHM system
- Develop required metrics, troubleshoot to uncover problem areas, and support the modifications and engineering change procedures
- Capability to use technology to collect on and off board PHM data to evaluate and document in FRACAS database
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Experience supporting NAVAIR contracts
- Familiarity with statistical methods, CBM+, and intergrated diagnostics.
