Rusty’s Window Cleaning is growing quickly across the Pacific Northwest, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our field team.
We provide professional residential and commercial window cleaning and exterior cleaning services throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, comfortable working at heights, takes pride in their work, and wants an opportunity to grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work independently and with a small crew performing services including:
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning and moss treatment
- Pressure washing
- House washing / soft washing
- Skylight cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Screen cleaning
- Construction and post-construction window cleaning
You will also:
- Safely use ladders and professional cleaning equipment
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Inspect your work for quality before leaving the property
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Take required before/after photos
- Complete job notes and documentation in Jobber
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Report customer concerns, property damage, or jobsite issues immediately
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Compensation
$20.00–$25.00 per hour + Performance Bonus Opportunities
Starting pay depends on experience and demonstrated ability.
Applicants with professional window cleaning, exterior cleaning, roofing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, construction, or similar experience may qualify toward the higher end of the pay range.

Training
Paid training is provided.
Training may include:
- Traditional window cleaning
- Water-fed pole systems
- Interior and exterior window cleaning

- Gutter cleaning

- Equipment operation
- Property protection
- Customer communication
- Jobber and job documentation
- Company safety and quality standards
Previous experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have an acceptable driving record
- Have reliable transportation
- Be comfortable driving company vehicles
- Be comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Be physically capable of lifting and carrying ladders and equipment
- Be able to perform physical work throughout the day
- Be comfortable working outdoors in changing Pacific Northwest weather
- Be able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Be able to use a smartphone for schedules, Jobber, photos, and timekeeping
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Pass a criminal background check

Don't have professional window cleaning experience?
If you have experience in another hands-on trade, are comfortable working from ladders, and have a strong work ethic, we still encourage you to apply.
