Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental assistant
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused attitude
- Willingness to grow with a startup office
Responsibilities Include:
- Chairside assisting for general dental procedures (e.g., exams, fillings, crowns, extractions)
- Orthodontic assisting (e.g., bonding, debonding, wire changes, impressions, patient education, retainers)
- Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean operatory
- Preparing trays and materials for procedures
- Assisting with patient flow and appointment readiness
- Supporting the doctor and team in delivering outstanding patient care
