We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist and Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and operations within our organization. The Receptionist and Activity Assistant will work closely with staff and clients to ensure a positive experience and facilitate engaging activities.
Duties
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various activities for residents.
- Maintain accurate records of client participation and preferences.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Operate phone systems to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Support the coordination of events by preparing materials and setting up spaces.
- Serve as a bilingual resource when necessary to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office tasks such as typing, filing, and using phone systems is essential.
- Experience as a personal assistant or office clerk is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Previous experience with assisted living activities is preferred.
