Alternative Funding Specialist (MCA Sales) – High Earnings Potential

We’re looking for driven, money-motivated individuals to join our team as Alternative Funding Specialists. This is a high-performance sales role focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure fast, flexible capital through merchant cash advances (MCA).

Learn how deals are structured, how capital is deployed, and how to work directly with business owners — all while earning based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Work and manage your own pipeline from first contact through funding
- Make high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups (calls, texts, email)
- Speak directly with business owners to understand their funding needs
- Present and position funding options clearly and confidently
- Negotiate deal terms and move deals to close
- Coordinate with underwriting and funding teams to get deals approved
- Stay organized with notes, follow-ups, and deal tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable on the phone and handling objections
- Sales experience preferred (MCA, financing, or call center is a plus, not required)
- Competitive mindset and self-motivated
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
No experience? No problem.

Backgrounds that tend to do well in this role:
- Call center or high-volume phone sales
