Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Executive Director
Summary:
Assists the Executive Director in leading and directing the day to day operations and sales activities of the Community in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations and Galerie Management’s mission, policies, procedures, and standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assists the Executive Director in appropriately leading, managing, and motivating the team to consistently deliver services that meet or exceed our residents’ expectations while continuing to improve the community
- Assures the implementation of all care services and wellness programs such as achieving the delivery of excellent services to our residents.
- Participates in the development and execution of all occupancy goals and plans for the community.
- Builds, develops, and effectively manages the department heads and their respective teams, optimizing individual and team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Participates in the planning and execution of effective orientation and in-service training.
- Assists the Executive Director in assuring that the management team maintains timely, open, and effective communication with residents and family members.
- Participates in and attends all in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
- Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Senior living experience a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
