InSync Consulting is seeking a a Product Data Associate to support an exciting Product Information Management (PIM) initiative. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with accurate product data collection to ensure our inventory information is complete and reliable.

What You'll Do
- Retrieve finished products using an order picker.
- Verify products by matching part numbers and descriptions.
- Use Cubiscan scanning equipment to capture product dimensions and weight.
- Accurately enter product information into Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product data is accurate and complete.
- Validate collected data and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Organize and stage products throughout the data collection process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate inventory or data inconsistencies promptly.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or data collection experience is a plus.
- Experience operating an order picker is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate order picker equipment and work at elevated heights.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Safety Expectations
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Conduct equipment inspections before use.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment while following all company safety policies
