Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or clients
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively
- Support office management duties such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, word processing, and managing correspondence with attention to detail
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Experience with office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, and organization skills
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous office experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
