Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retails setting
- Educate customers on our up-to-date Spectrum promotions
- Build customer connections and provide solutions
- Upsell and close sales where appropriate
- Hit and exceed weekly performance goals
- Maintain consistent positive, professional, and productive store environment
Qualifications
- Effective communication
- Competitive drive
- Excellent student mentality
- Coachable and goal oriented
- Experience in sales or telecommunications is encouraged but not a requirement
- Confident in engaging with customers quickly and effectively
- MUST BE 18 WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
