You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including specials.
- Take accurate orders ensuring all requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
- Strong upselling skills to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
