About the Role
As our Customer Service Specialist you are the voice of Unity Services. You are the first person our customers hear, the one who keeps our schedule running, and the person who makes sure no customer ever falls through the cracks. This is a high volume inbound and outbound call role that requires sharp attention to detail, strong Service Titan skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound calls and represent Unity Services with professionalism and warmth
- Book and confirm service appointments for electrical and HVAC service calls
- Support daily dispatch operations and monitor the board throughout the day alongside the Service Operations Manager
- Conduct outbound customer outreach calls as part of our ongoing customer care and seasonal service programs
- Present maintenance plan and membership options to customers and manage the existing membership base including renewals and payment tracking in Service Titan
- Monitor and track company equipment on behalf of our customers and schedule service as needed
- Confirm invoice and estimate receipt with customers and ensure records are accurate in Service Titan
- Create purchase orders as needed and submit to the Service Operations Manager for review
- Meet monthly booking and conversion targets set by the Service Operations Manager
- Support the Service Operations Manager with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an HVAC or electrical company
- Minimum 3 years of hands on Service Titan experience including scheduling, dispatching, memberships, and invoicing
- Proven customer service and inbound call handling experience
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast paced small office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
Preferred:
- Experience managing a maintenance plan or membership customer base
- Background with customer retention and outbound outreach programs
- Experience with HVAC or combined trades companies

What We Offer
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Up to 80 hours paid time off per year
