Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Audit Agent, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Audit Agent, you will be responsible for reconciling daily financial transactions, maintaining guest records, and supporting guest services during the overnight shift. Duties
- Conduct nightly financial audits by reviewing and reconciling all daily transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports on revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics for management review
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and assisting with reservations or information requests
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel customer service roles
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices
- Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and multi-line phone system operation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
