Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation to our Landover, MD, location
