Neomonde Baking Company has been producing premium artisan breads, pita breads, rolls, and pastries for more than 45 years. We supply grocery stores, restaurants, distributors, universities, and institutions throughout the Southeast.
We’re investing in new equipment, automation, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement—and we’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Controls Technician to help us build the next chapter of our company.
What You’ll Do
· Troubleshoot and repair industrial bakery equipment
· Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems
· Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
· Repair conveyors, mixers, proofers, ovens, packaging equipment, compressors, HVAC systems, and facility equipment
· Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V three-phase
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
· Support SQF, GMP, OSHA, and food safety standards
· Recommend equipment improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtime
Qualifications
· 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
· PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
· Experience with VFDs, motors, sensors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
· Food manufacturing experience preferred
· HVAC, refrigeration, welding, and fabrication experience are a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
