Tulsa Bone & Joint (TBJ) is looking for someone who is skilled and familiar with workers comp processes and guidelines including court rules. This clinic position handles all W/C cases referred to TBJ, working as a team with our W/C physicians and office staff. This person also represents TBJ at W/C functions, such as luncheons and seminars- overnight travel is possible as needed.
This position coordinates the care of all W/C patients at TBJ and is the liaison to outside adjustors, case managers, attorneys and employers. Tasks can include coordinating appointments, obtaining authorizations, coordinating documentation requirements and interfacing with providers for questions.
This is a perfect position for someone who likes to be responsible for their own work, who is organized and can jump from task to task without missing a step. Must have working knowledge of W/C processes and guidelines- this is NOT a beginner position. Experience as a W/C adjustor is preferred.
Full time position Monday-Friday with the understanding overnight travel 1-2times per year is possible.
Rate of pay will be based off experience.
