Fidelity National Title is seeking an experienced Title Assistant to join our National Commercial Services team in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-volume commercial title unit handling sophisticated transactions throughout California and across the United States.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Title Insurance or Escrow experience required
- Commercial title experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and management
- Professional telephone etiquette
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to National Commercial Title Officers
- Assist with the processing of complex commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare title-related documents and reports while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Research title matters and compile information to support transaction processing
- Resolve issues by applying established title industry procedures and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to help ensure timely closings
- Issue documents in compliance with company procedures and applicable legal requirements
