We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about working with students and wants to be part of a collaborative, growing team.
Hours & Compensation
Building hours are 7:30am-7:30pm. School hours are 8:00am-2:30pm. After-Care operates from 2:30pm-7:00pm. Hours/Scheduling may vary based on needs.
The pay for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.
What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with students while partnering closely with our BCBAs, teachers, OTs, SLPs, and other team members.
You’ll:

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students during school and provide clinical services during after-school hours as needed.

Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans.

Help students build communication, social, academic, and life skills.

Collect data and document student progress.

Use positive, compassionate strategies to support student behavior and regulation.

Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Work as part of a collaborative clinical and educational team.

Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
What We're Looking For

Comfortable supporting students with autism and diverse needs.

Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback.

Passionate about helping students become more independent.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to complete required training. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred: RBT certification, an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
