Job Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Laundry Attendant/House Person to join our hospitality team. In this role, you'll help maintain clean, well-stocked, and well-presented guest areas, linens, and textiles throughout the hotel — ensuring guests experience the highest level of comfort and cleanliness. This position plays a key part in supporting both housekeeping and overall hotel operations.
Essential Job Functions
Laundry & Linens
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and uniforms to brand standards
- Inspect linens for quality, stains, and damage; remove or report items as needed
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with delivering clean linens to housekeeping and other departments
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and back-of-house spaces
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed (e.g., mattress flipping/rotation, furniture moves, large linen loads)
Guest & Team Support
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide helpful service to guests and team members
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms and room readiness as needed
- Report maintenance deficiencies, items in need of repair, or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team members across departments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat and humidity
Availability Requirements
- Must have open availability from Friday through Monday
