Oil Lab Assistant (Temporary)
iStaffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Oil Lab Assistant to support our client, Quinn Company, during a temporary leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a clean, organized environment and is looking for steady full-time hours.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize oil and fluid samples.
- Pour samples into testing tubes.
- Dispose of samples after testing.
- Assist with basic laboratory equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire 8-hour shift. This is an active position and is performed on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or laboratory environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
