We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential/Commercial Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of residential windows, ensuring a streak-free, polished finish. This role involves working safely on ladders, using professional cleaning equipment, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, in residential properties.
- Remove dirt, smudges, water spots, cobwebs, and other debris.
- Use professional tools such as squeegees, extension poles, scrapers, and cleaning solutions.
- Safely work on ladders and occasionally at heights.
- Protect household furnishings and landscaping while working.
- Provide friendly and professional communication with customers.
- Report any damage or issues with windows to the homeowner or supervisor.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or related work preferred (training provided).
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
