Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained throughout service, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting staff when needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register, handle cash and credit card payments responsibly, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as clover
- Demonstrated culinary experience or spirits expertise to confidently recommend menu items and drink pairings.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to guest interactions.
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions accurately; cashiering experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $22.54 - $27.14 per hour
