The Keller Williams Assistant Team Leader (ATL) is a high-energy, production-focused recruiting role. You will partner with the Team Leader to grow the Market Center’s agent roster. Primary responsibilities include lead generation, conducting career consultations, and championing the KW culture. We’re seeking a motivated individual focused on growth and productivity for our fast-paced Broken Arrow office.
What You’ll Do:
- Support growth through agent interviews and consultations
- Help drive productivity through coaching and accountability
- Lead trainings, onboarding, and follow-up with new agents
- Track KPIs through proprietary real estate management system
- Partner with the Team Leader to grow the office
What You Bring:
- Active real estate license
- Strong business development and recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, results-driven, and highly accountable
