Abria Recovery is expanding! We’ve recently added a women’s residential offering ASAM Level 3.5 care, and we are excited to grow our team. We are currently seeking an LADC or ADC-T who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care by assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating counseling sessions, and supporting clients on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
- Complete a treatment plan review.
- Complete a discharge summary.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address substance use disorders, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.
- Facilitate family counseling or education sessions as needed to support the client’s recovery.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Qualifications
- LADC with an active license in good standing, or ADC-T actively pursuing licensure.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- Have two or more years of experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use disorder

Pay: $60,320.00 - $64,480.00 per year
