Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling tools in compliance with safety standards
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies through data entry and inventory management software
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations
- Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, stock movements, and order fulfillment logs
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and stocking shelves efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems is essential
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred)
- Strong data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams or external partners as needed
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus
