You've done the work yourself - now you want to use that technical expertise to oversee subcontractors, ensure high-quality results, and manage projects without doing all the physical labor yourself.
Morgan Pro Services is hiring a Residential Remodeling Lead who has the field knowledge to guarantee work is done right the first time while leading a team of subcontractors.

What You'll Do

Oversee and supervise subcontractors performing residential remodeling and repair work
-
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, local codes, and customer expectations

Conduct site visits, quality checks, and final walkthroughs

Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines
-
Provide technical guidance and direction to subcontractors

Handle customer communications and resolve any field issues
What You Need
-
3+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience (you've personally done the work)

Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing, tile, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, flooring, doors/windows, siding, and general home repairs

Experience leading or supervising subcontractors or crews

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Professional pride in quality workmanship and doing things the right way

Ability to lift heavy loads and work safely at heights or in tight spaces
