Hello candidates, I'll be the owner/operator of this biz, hoping to be up and running by December. I am a journeyman plumber from outside of Hawaii and will be opening a home maintenance biz that will focus on drain cleaning and also home maintenance. I will need to hire eventually an office person that can answer the phone, make appointments, problem solve etc. The ideal candidate is someone that will be great with people, attention to details, able to remember dates and things like that. Communication is number 1, without it, the business will under perform. I would be open to someone working from home, but I'll probably lease a building for a year.
