- Provide hands-on care and support following individualized service plans (ISP)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care and communicate effectively with team members
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Encourage and support residents in daily activities and social engagement
- Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
- High school diploma or GED required
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus—but we will train the right person
- A caring attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
