Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader specializing in mowing and grounds maintenance to join our dynamic outdoor team. In this energetic role, you will lead a crew responsible for maintaining high-quality lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces across various construction projects. Your leadership will ensure that all mowing, landscaping, and groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of grounds maintenance technicians in mowing, landscaping, and groundskeeping activities
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members based on project priorities and skill levels
- Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
- Ensure all outdoor work complies with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care
- Must be proficient in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Construction experience related to projects is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely during outdoor work activities
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
