Provides accurate, valid and complete pricing and general order information by using the right methods/tools/processes and procedures
Processes incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently to includes accurate and thorough contract review including quality clauses, account setup and maintenance, coordinating wire procurement, quotations, checks & signs, and expedites, scheduling to provide accurate order acknowledgement dates, resolving order discrepancies before order processing as well as post order issues, keeping records of customer interactions and file documents for support of order processing
Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives timely; follows up to ensure resolution
Interacts and works closely with CSS teammates, CSRs, team leaders, supervisors and manager as well as interacts and consults with individuals from various other departments
Effectively communicates with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed and understood
Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with both internal and external customers
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Exhibits a high standard of integrity and dependability in all aspects of work, including conduct, attendance, appearance, and adherence to organizational policies
Learns, follows, and upholds defined quality procedures, expectations, and standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and company efficiency

A high school or technical school degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $52,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
