As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Business Associate. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop professional communication, business operations, and customer relations skills while working alongside an energetic and supportive team.
Position Overview:
As an Entry Level Business Associate, you'll represent Kinetic Fiber within the local community by speaking with residents about available fiber internet services and helping them determine which options best fit their household needs.
No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence and develop valuable business skills from day one.
Business Associate Responsibilities:
- Represent the Kinetic Fiber brand professionally throughout the community.
- Help assist with backend business development and operations.
- Connect with customers if needed to discuss available fiber internet services.
- Explain service features, benefits, and available options in a clear and approachable way.
- Assist customers answer general account questions.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily goals and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, business, or other people-focused roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to the Pittsburgh office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $51,658.85 - $62,212.80 per year
