Tabono Center for Wellbeing is growing and is seeking a compassionate, motivated mental health therapist to join our team in a hybrid position serving clients in our Norwood and West Chester, Ohio offices.
We are looking for clinicians who value quality care, professional growth, and a collaborative work environment. Whether you are an experienced therapist or newer to outpatient practice, we provide the support needed to build a sustainable and rewarding caseload.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy to adults.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues through consultation and supervision.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Provide services to clients with commercial insurance, private pay, and Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) claims.

Qualifications
- Ohio LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, or LSW license (or license eligible).
- Strong clinical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
- Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, or workers' compensation cases is welcomed but not required.
