Pinnacle Alliances is actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a rewarding Long Term Care (LTC) contract opportunity in Skowhegan, Maine. Compensation
- Registered Nurse (RN): Up to $53/hour

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and nursing documentation.
- Educate residents and family members regarding treatments and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Maine RN or Compact RN License OR Active Maine LPN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, Geriatric, or Nursing Home experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
